Present3D is also under the GPL, so if you wish to make a derivative work, such as what you describe, it will also have to be GPL'd. If your app is GPL'd and want to move to integrating with Present3D in some way, then it might be possible to set Present3D to use a single view within a Viewer. Present3D is a bit of tangled mess in the main, and awaits a rewrite that I'll be doing over the next year, so it might be possible to move things in a direction that is more interoperable. Robert.
