If that card supports stereo (can't find it on the web site), then yes. Don't forget to turn on the stereo support in the driver settings (in the nVidia control panel on Windows, in xorg.conf on Linux) first, though - otherwise you will get an OpenGL error when you try to use an unsupported feature.
