osgviewer cow.osg --3d-sd We stands for 3d spherical display ;-) What this viewer configuration does set up 6 slave camera to render the 6 faces of a cube map, then renders this cube map texture in a final slave Camera that acts a full window HUD using a mesh that provides the cube map normals to obtain the correct texture coordinates for the distortion required.
