Hoping that this information could be useful, I write to signal an error in the book OpenScenegraph Quick Start Guide (black and white version) available on lulu [1].
The problem is in the index (page vi and age viii) that stop indexing at page 38. In fact from 2.2 chapter it signal that all the remaining chapter are at page 38. I have seen also that the same problem is present in the pdf colour version [2].
