Hi Paul and Lionel,

In the implementation that I went for in osg::State for the required
calls glDraw*Instanced*() calls I used a query for glDraw*Instanced
and glDraw*InstancedEXT. glDraw*Instanced doesn't exist yet but the
code will pick up on it when it comes along. We could add a check for
glDraw*InstancedARB into the mix as well.

There isn't presently any extension checking beyond the query for the
function pointers.

Robert.
