I'm open to suggestions. Unless Robert authorizes me to setup an > special account to bypass this. For the OSG-2.8.0 release me moving the uploads to the appropriate place in the download section is the appropriate thing. The download section needs to be kept pretty closed save for downloading. Opening out write access to known maintainers would be OK. ftp and the download section shouldn't ever mix though. Robert.
