I've adjusted the dependency page to link to Mike svn for 7.1 + 8.0 and the appropriate directory for Mattias's VS9. Could you have a look at the page to double check things.
That looks good, but while we're at it you might want to remove the section where specific versions of the dependencies are linked (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/freetype/ft219.zip etc.) because those are already out of date. Perhaps just link to the projects' sites, or even remove that section altogether since each dependencies package likely contains different deps (for example Mike includes lua and vrpn, not sure if others do too...)
