This comes up from time to time, and a search of the mailing list archives should reveal that osgProducer is deprecated and has been removed from the core OSG distribution. I'm not sure where the svn repo for osgProducer is, but a search of the mailing list archives or maybe the web page should reveal its location, should you decide to try using it.
(I don't know of anyone who is using osgProducer with the current OSG release, but as far as I know, there's no reason why this shouldn't be possible.)
