  Ok. Thanks for the explanation.

  In the case of the user choosing a non-WGS84+Geographic coordinate system in 
VPB -- how
does this manifest in the TerrainTile? I see from the .osg that there are _two_ 
locators
embedded there -- which of these will change in what what to indicate the 
projection?
