I will be releasing OSGExp 0.9.6 soon. The new version adds support for 3dsMax 2010 and the installer will detect non-English versions of 3dsMax. The version available on the WorldViz site is slightly different than the SourceForge version. The WorldViz version exports models using a different coordinate system, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you are using the models with WorldViz products.
