For which part? I can refer to you code in the examples:

osgfadetext - demonstrates cluster culling (osg::ClusterCullingCallback)

osgreflect - demonstrates writing and reading the stencil buffer
(osg::Stencil) and setting render bin numbers
(osg::StateSet::setRenderBinDetails)
