Are you not familiar with how to use update callbacks? If not, read the
Quick Start Guide or see the OSG examples. The technique will be the
same whether you use osgViewer or the VRJ class you posted.
If this isn't the source of your confusion, then please elaborate. What
type of update do you need to do that can't be accomplished with an
update callback?
