Clearly setStickyFocus is part of Qt 4.5 rather 4.4.  So we either need to
only compile this line when building under Qt 4.4 or just enforce in CMake
the availability of Qt 4.5.

Links have worked for me so far.  Everything works save for flash plugins.

Curious, I have no explanation for this behaviour.  Try other sites like:
