Clearly setStickyFocus is part of Qt 4.5 rather 4.4. So we either need
to only compile this line when building under Qt 4.4 or just enforce in
CMake the availability of Qt 4.5.

Curious, I have no explanation for this behaviour. Try other sites like:
osgQtBrowser http://www.openscenegraph.org
Maybe that should be the default? Actually

Links still don't work on this page, but I see the links highlight when
I move the mouse over them.
Anyways, maybe it's a problem with Qt 4.4.3 so perhaps it's a better
idea that it build only on Qt 4.5...
