Here some more information. I think it is not a problem with the FFTSS library, instead cmake has a problem:
CMake Error at src/osgOcean/CMakeLists.txt:123 (INSTALL): install TARGETS given no FRAMEWORK DESTINATION for shared library FRAMEWORK target "osgOcean".
