I would guess the lack of response if that most people like myself don't really have any ideas what might be amiss as it's a combination we've not tried before. The best I can suggest is try experimenting with viewport sizes which are only a small size different to what you've set, or even the same value, see what happens, try to change one thing at a time and dig into the code with a debugger to see what's happening.
