Hi Eduardo,
not considering bumps, you can export your models using OSGExp (you'll get
.osg or .ive files). In this way you will get also transparency and
reflections (this is true if you use Max's standard materials, but if you
use for example v-ray materials I think you won't get many materials
properties...you may get also totally black looking objects).

If you need also bumps then you need to write a shader and apply it to your
exported model through OSG's API. Hope this helps.
