The Stats are meant to be on screen, so it looks for a graphics window, a pretty natural association normally.
Except that in some apps, the only context available might not be a graphics window since it will be rendering offscreen... Which is my case.
Perhaps trying GraphicsWindow's first then in none are available fall back to any GraphicsContext's that are available.
If you're OK with this way of doing it I'll do that and submit it.
