Hi Pawel, I'm aware of memory leak associated with the DatabasePager when it expires subgraphs in certain usage combinations. I will be tracking this problem down this week.
I'm not aware of any other leaks. Are you using a PagedLOD database? You don't say anything about your data save for it's a big, so it really isn't helpful in recreating the problem. I would also recommend trying out osgviewer or other OSG examples to see if you can recreate the problem.
