"There is something wrong" doesn't really help anyone know what problem you are see and what to do about it, you'll need to be a lot more specific about what issue you are seeing for others to help. As a general notes, the FBX plugin is still very new and under development, with fixes and improvements being added most weeks, so it would make sense to use svn/trunk.
