Thanks for merging. I was thinking of posting to osg-submission but I
was afraid it wouldn't make it into 2.9.11 if you decided to go for
2.9.11 today, next time I'll cross post to both lists.

The dae plugin is giving me a couple of errors and warnings with gcc 4.4.4.
I have attached a modifed file that removes the errors and warnings.
I've also attached a minor warning fix in the pfb plugin.
With the attached fixes the OSG compiles warning and error free with gcc
4.4.4.
