I rather like the template. The front page is a bit sparse though, but then it is only a test so there may be more to come.
I've always thought that a lot of the guidance pages on the old website, for example the "getting started" guide could be made a bit friendlier. They've always appeared to be a bit of a wall of text to me. Perhaps separating it into different sections based on operating system would help?
