At one end is WordPress, at the other is Drupal, and in the middle is
Joomla.

  Wordpress is very easy, but you can hits its limits very quickly. Joomla
takes it further, at the cost of being a little harder to get going. Drupal
is much harder to get started with, because it doesn't enforce any
particular structure, instead mandating YOU create a design and conform it
upon Drupal's components, but gives you much more ability to customize
everything.

  I'm a Drupal guy for unrelated reasons, but I think Joomla is an
excellent choice for OSG.
