Wordpress is very easy, but you can hits its limits very quickly. Joomla takes it further, at the cost of being a little harder to get going. Drupal is much harder to get started with, because it doesn't enforce any particular structure, instead mandating YOU create a design and conform it upon Drupal's components, but gives you much more ability to customize everything.
