Unfortunately, the osgQt-QFileDialog problem are not solved in both OSG 3.1.2 and OSG trunk.
And there is another problem introduced in 3.1.2 and trunk: when I press ESC, osgviewerQt will be dead. In conclusion, each version is problematic in linux(Fedora 14, x86, for both Qt4.7.4 and Qt4.8.2). OSG 3.0.1: osgQt conflict with parallel threading model; osgQt conflict with QFileDialog OSG 3.1.2: osgQt conflict with QFileDialog; ESC problem OSG trunk: the same as OSG 3.1.2 the threading problem and ESC problem are serious problems leading to system crush. So I guess OSG 3.1.2 is a better choice in this situation if you avoid the ESC-pressing situation.
