Hi Michael, This file should be under the OSGPL like the rest of osgAnimation, and must have been missed when merging. osgAnimation was originally a separate library license under the GPL, when we merged Cedric Pinson gave permission for it to be released under the OSGPL and the files should all have been changed.
As the file is not meant to be GPL, but LGPL, I'll fix the file to make things clear. As Cedric released osgAnimation under the OSGPL he won't have a leg to stand on if he wanted to claim that your application should be GPL because of one file that was erroneously not changed to the OSGPL. So don't worry about your current application or current releases. Thanks for the eagle eyes, I'm afraid I've missed this one when osgAnimation was merged. Robert.
