Haven't tried 2010, but I doubt it is a compiler problem. Where does it crash if you run it in a debugger? Also try a different/more basic VRML file, it could be choking on some VRML code that worked before in the older version of OpenVRML/Boost. However, I think that OpenVRML bugs would be better addressed in the OpenVRML mailing list than here. Jan
