This isn't an OSG specific question so I'd recommend doing a general search on the web for examples of shaders and textures that create metallic effects and tweak the values to get a gold effect. My expectation is that you'd want to write your own shader to do per pixel lighting and combining of a texture cubemap for reflections, a texture to control the amount of specular refection you want to see on different parts of the objects - this would be used to give the imperfect finish required for antique look. The task is very much more of a art issue than a software though so you'll likely need to do some experimentation to get the look your want. You might even want to try using a modeling tool to experiment with different shaders/texturing.
