I saw STL loader sources on OSG 3.2
Now I think it is clear. 
It is enough to have a list of triangles as primitive set. 
Before I tried to avoid duplicated vertices but this force me to have indexed 
arrays so now I allow duplicated vertices.
Then I have normals with BIND_PER_VERTEX (so 3 normals on each faces)

Anyway now fast paths are on and everything works much better.

Do you think this is the best I can do?
