Sorry about the "missing in action" submission, looks like my check-in
failed without me noticing.

I have just done another check-in and double checked it's gone through
OK this time.
Could you try another svn update.
The ALL_BUILD target now succeeds in Visual Studio 2013 (using generated
OpenSceneGraph.sln file). Thanks!
