well, then the problem is what the center of the object is. If you examine
your model in osgviewer and you might find that that specifc point is
actually your model center, And that is the reason I put the code in my
intitial sample to move it back. Maybe your model center is not what you
think that it is. Maybe send a snapshot of what you are seeing and what you
want to see
