I don't see how I can help here, as this is not really OSG related but specific to some vendor. I guess it would be easier to contact them and ask for the specifics how to apply their warping. Usually there are per pixel warping and mesh-based warping approaches and you seem to present both data sets somehow.

projdesigner gives to me xml file including 16 warp points like below, so can 
you give me an idea about how should i use this data.
