3.2.1 and the svn/trun's version of GraphicsWindowWin32.cpp is identical so
it's unlikely changing to svn/trunk or one OSG-3.3.x developer series will
help this specific issue.

It may also be nothing to do with the OSG itself, but an issue with the
drivers.  I can't really help further I as don't have a Windows system or
Windows expertise.
