Thanks for the further details.  I'm afraid I still a bit lost in how your
modifications all fit together and work in practice.  Not being able to
review code and having to second guess what this third party code might be
is not really a good way to understand something.  I don't think this
thread is the right place to try and thrash out complex stuff implemented
on a alternate approach to shader composition - previous threads would be
better places as I really don't want end users confusing themselves.

This thread needs to be about the new #pragma(tic) shaders, how they work,
how they can be improved further.  The new approach is far simpler to
understand and use than any previous attempt at shader composition that
we'd done, so for the vast majority of users I believe it'll be the best
solution.
