HI Laurens,

I generated the AUTHORS.txt from the ChangeLog using osgversion, which when
compiled with the CMake OSG_MAINTAINER option allows you do to:

  osgversion -r ChangeLog > AUTHORS.txt

The ChangeLog itself scews around with the special characters, and if there
are any typos in the commit message then the osgversion has to pick these
out and correct them. These corrections are collected in the
applications/osgversion/Contributors.cpp. It's a of crude system, that
needs attention but it does at least provide some level of automation.

I will update the Contributors.cpp to try and resolve the problems you've
spotted.

Robert.
