it uses OSG built against android and it has a simple app that loads an osgb file: https://github.com/miragetech/osgAndroid/blob/master/org.openscenegraph.osgsimple/src/org/openscenegraph/osgsimple/OSGActivity.java AFAIK,there is no prebuilt apk, but it should be pretty straightforward build one either using only OSG samples or using osgAndroid.
