Hi Megan, I'm afraid you've come to a very specialize computer graphics forum full of geeky software developer who write simulators, games, scientific visualization applications. We do use a graph for it, but it's very specific to writing computer graphics programs :-)
The type of topic you have asked a question about looks to be something more appropriate for a spreedsheet or general company administration tool that can generate graphs. If you are using a particular tool that holds all your data then support forums that discuss this tool would be the best place to ask a question about how to go about doing what you are after.
