Hi Nguyen, I don't work under Windows and don't have access to the file you are having problems so really can't comment on the specifics of what you are seeing.
As general note, if you want help from others then saying which version of the OSG you are using, whether you have built the OSG yourself or sourced it from elsewhere, what the strack trace is when you get a crash, providing an example dataset for others to reproduce the problem. I've followed this thread but haven't seen any of these details pop up. These are basic things missing if you want help from others otherwise they are working largely blind. As another general note the OSG's native .osgb support inline compression so there is no need to externally compress the data. The .ive format is an old and deprecated format that we just keep around for backwards compatibility.
