Hi, I have just the same issue. I'm trying to build master branch of OpenSceneGraph in Visual Studio 2013 x64. As 3rdParty I used full package V10 from here https://www.osgvisual.org/wiki/Downloads#a3rdPartysmallpackageV10 (link was taken from official website).
Actually I don't need that plugin. But I hope that somebody who knows how to deal with that plugin, will fix it.
