Sorry about this,the old trac website has finally been removed, but obviously we missed this link. I'll remove it. You can get the zipped download file from the github repository, just follow the link to the github page and click on the green [clone or download] button. I would recommend using 3.4.1 rather than 3.4.0 as this new point release has various bug fixes and other improvements.
