Did this turn out to be the case?

xosview may be naively interpreting processes and threads incorrectly.

The OSG may think its requesting thread per camera, but perhaps
Producer isn't setting them up.  Add some debugging code to
Producer/src/CameraGroup.cpp's CameraGroup::realize() method to see
what its choosing.
