I like the ideal of using a perl script, certainly make it easier to
get it consistent. In the perl script would it be possible to include
Michael Platings earlier suggestion of :

  "Add _CRT_SECURE_NO_DEPRECATE to the Preprocessor Definitions in the
project settings"
