Hi Robert, The COLLADA projects admittedly need some packaging. (I've been on holiday and rather out of touch this past week following SIGGRAPH.)
As for the COLLADA plugin, the SourceForge CVS has separate projects for each of several COLLADA revisions; what you have is the really really oldest version. Only the "osgdb_dae14" for COLLADA v1.4.x is relevent these days, which may be found at http://osgdb-collada.cvs.sourceforge.net/osgdb-collada/osgdb_dae14/ (SF doesn't like projects to delete files, but we probably should remove those old versions to avoid confusion) The README can be found at http://osgdb-collada.cvs.sourceforge.net/osgdb-collada/osgdb_dae14/README_dae14.txt?revision=1.2&view=markup As it mentions, you'll need to build the DOM then the plugin; they're not packaged together. I'll try to get a tidy package put together next week or so after catching up from being away. btw if you happen to create a gcc makefile, I'd be glad to include it, the focus to date has been on MSVC hth -- mew Robert Osfield wrote: > Hi Mike, > > I just download the COLLADA DOM and compile just fine.
