Exactly. My impression is that you're already pretty busy with jobs that pay the bills. So, what I'm hoping to identify are the items that you (and Don) aren't likely to do, that the community might take on for itself.

Some projects seem to have enormous outpourings of community effort, with lavish websites and community support. OSG seems to have really good coding contribution, and a great mailing list, but the community sense sort of ends there. Well, there is the occasional BOF and a users meeting whenever Paul, Mike and I can find enough people in one place to make it worthwhile.

  I'm not a master of community-building, but I'd like to do whatever I can to 
help it.
