Why don't give such support with osgIntrospection (optional)?
First reason not to provide support is... I'm not familiar enough eith genwrapper or osgIntrospection to get my hands dirty and and code it.
But beyond this I can't think of a reason not to have this as an option, options can always be disabled, or left off by default.
The code completion IDE support that Jan mentioned is something I hadn't thought about, but can easily imagine having a script console that provided an extra window or local pop up for methods and docs available. This is a looong way out of the scope of the OSG itself, but just adding the option to enable this stuff sounds very appealing.
