Thanks for making the arrangements, Robert.

I think we'd all like to see OSG get a little more publicity, and to that end, one goal I have for the Highlands Gathering is to write an article about how OSG is used today, and hopefully get the article published in some respectable journal. So, I hope that all attendees will come prepared to demo their OSG applications, and supply me with material for such an article.

I have now recieved written confirmation of the room bookings at Arden house

Gareth  : Tuesday night, Wednesday night, Thursday night
Marek : Tuesday night, Wednesday night, Thursday night, Friday night
Mike :   Wednesday night, Thursday night, Friday night
Paul :   Tuesday night, Wednesday night, Thursday night

The guest house has booked Marek into a single room (it still has double bed I believe) and will be £32.50 a night, the rest of the rooms are twins or doubles, each at £50 and night.  The cost includes a full scottish cooked breakfast in the morning - I have been informed this includes haggis!!! ;-)

Arrivals I am expecting are:

Paul arrives at Glasgow airport on Monday morning, I will be picking him up.
Gareth arrives at Glasgow airport on Tuesday afternoon, will drive himself to Callander.
Marek arrives at Glasgow airport Tuesday lunchtime, will pickup myself, or arrange a taxi pickup
Mike arrives at Glasgow airport late on Wednesday morning, I will arrange a taxi pickup

I've added these details to:

   http://openscenegraph.org/osgwiki/pmwiki.php/Community/Events

Please add flight info and expected time of arrivals to the above page

Also if there are changes, or late comers please tell me so I can update plans.  There arn't any more rooms available at Arden house though, so we'll need to book you in other local accomodation.

Arden house is in a really pretty location in town I'm sure this will be a treat - especially if the weather is clear.  Its autum now so nights are drawing in, and we get depressions sweeping through pretty often, they do say four seasons in a day, its never more so than at this time of year!

Robert.
