Good and bad - like everything in life :)

Ok. I have seen that you removed the mode usage of the material state
attribute. Since GL_COLOR_MATERIAL appears nowhere else in the sources this
must be consistent within osg now.
Thanks!

Thanks. I will do so.
BTW: just to make sure that my current post to osg-submissions does not fall
thour your mailbox like the prevous one: I have posted that ac3d updated
readerwriter a few hours ago.

I have already done so.
... mostly. But as you told it requires some changes and I need to make sure
that I have found every state change in the opengl code. Currently there is
just a glPushAttrib(ALL) around that code. Since this is only one such call
per rendered frame, I think we can live with that for a while ...
In the far term I think we want to make scenegraph object of that stuff
anyway. I would like to make use of producers multithreading capabilities in
the long term. So I expect that I need to put everything that is displayed on
the opengl window in some drawable in the scenegraph.
Greetings
Mathias
