Well don't all rush at once :-)
The issue of moving to a new server and the need for members of the community to assist this move is pressing need. Why?
In the middle of last week Don Burns resigned from administering openscenegraph.org/.net server and related services such as mailman/cvs. I would like thank Don for his years of service in the cause of the OpenSceneGraph project, much of it like the behind the scenes such as setting up and keeping it running smoothly.
With the withdraw of Don's support a vacuum in area of server admin now exists, while everything appears to be running ok right now, the sooner we can arrange for those responsibilities to be re-distributed the sooner the project can get back on a firm footing.
With the move to a new server, and the (hoped for ;-) influx of new blood we have an opportunity for introducing new systems such svn etc. We need assistance especially in the set up phase, demands on time should drop there after to just a maintenance roll. Ideally I'd like a number of engineers to be capable of covering each different area of the server so we can cope easily with holidays, or engineers moving to new projects/jobs/interstellar travel etc.
The wiki page coordinate the various details is up on:

Those who fancy getting involved please chip into this thread, email me directly, or join the osg-crew mailing list and we can get up and running.
Many thanks in advance,
Robert.
