As
Robert says its hard to recommend hardware with out knowing your end
requirements
But
you can have some guide lines such, ( these are my minimums)
A good
motherboard that supports PCI-Express and SATA
You
need a good graphics card supporting Opengl 2.0 with at least 256mb ( I would
recommend NVIDIA, we use Quadros at work and I use Quad 7950's for my own stuff)
( DO
Not use an embedded graphics card like Intel)
Get a pair of good SATA drives 10k rmp and raid0 them if you need
fast disk access
I
would recommend 2gb of Ram if on Windows good quaility fast Ram ( any more
is wasted on Win32)
Best Regards
Gordon

There is no minimum hardware configuration.
The needs of your application determine the hardware requirements of the application, since I have no knowledge of what you want to do I can assert no recommendations.
The best I can say is that almost of all present day desktop, workstation and graphics supercomputers computers can work just fine with the OpenSceneGraph. Its only once you go into the embedded space will you find the OpenSceneGraph will start setting any special requirements.
Robert.
