Your linux distribution will probably come with Qt, and the other
libraries.  There are plenty of resouces on the web to help you out
just go searching for it.

are very newbies in linux.)

CEGUI is usable with the OSG, but its not well suited for something as
general purpose and scalable as the OSG.  Its also an OpenGL bases GUI
lib, quite different from tradtional 2D GUI's.
