Thanks for the example,  I'll review it this week and see how best to
fit it in.  I'll be reviewing all the simpleviewer example as well,
looking at how they could be used as more general osgViewer examples
rather than just targetting osgViewer::SimpleViewer.

The key is the implementation of osgViewer::GraphicsWindow for each
windowing API, once this done it'll be possible to use this windowing
API with SimpleViewer, Viewer or CompositeViewer.

Anyways, feel free to make it actually DO something OSG-wise, rather
than just print out "MENU: foo" or "BUTTON: bar". (For example, StateSet
LINE mode on the node...)
